The compendium of fundamental education reform definitely prescribes that the building of developing teacher evaluation systems promotes teacher professional development. As a judgment of social value, evaluation should stress its encourage and leading effects. The core of developing teacher evaluation systems is to promote teachers' teaching and reconsider their teaching thinking, teaching attitude, teaching action and provide to guide teacher professional development.This paper applies the developing goal evaluation model and its evaluation methods, as Zi Zhu Yuan secondary school for example and basis of analyzing teacher evaluation in Zi Zhu Yuan secondary school, to work out developing teacher evaluation standards and to carry out. After that, evaluating developing teacher evaluation checks on the quality of this evaluation. Finally, this paper points out three enlightenments: firstly, to think the differentiation of evaluation standards, secondly, to rethink evaluation condition, thirdly, suggestion of evaluation results feedback.
