| Based on the international landscape of teaching profession, this article expounds the necessity and foundation for establishing the evaluation standards of teachers' qualification. In view of teachers' professionalism it poses a questionnaire on 60 mathematics teachers from several middle schools of Tianjin. After probing into the current situation of their professional attainment, the writer gives five suggestions on our national evaluation of mathematics teachers' qualification(EMTQ), with reference to the counterpart of the US and France. Furthermore the article shows a theoretic frame of EMTQ and analyses its structure in detail. At last it provides six how-to-do approaches for middle school mathematics teachers in order to help improve their professional attainment. |
