With the rapid development of urbanization in the country, more and more people have left towns and villages to buy houses in the county town, and their children have also moved to the county town with their parents. The school where the author is located is a junior high school located in Xiangshui,Subei,Jiangsu. In the fall semester of 2019 alone, the school 's first-year freshmen added 10 classes. The increasing number of students has caused a serious shortage of teachers in the school. When the number of teachers is insufficient, each teacher must take on multiple subjects, which greatly increases the pressure on teachers and affects their physical and mental health and family life.In the process of education and teaching practice, the mentality of job burnout has increased correspondingly.Based on the teacher's occupational stress theory, this study carried out a survey on occupational stress questionnaires for teachers in experimental secondary schools in Xiangshui County. After analyzing 202 valid questionnaires through SPSS,it was found that,in general, the occupational pressure of teachers in experimental junior high schools in Xiangshui County was at a moderately high level. The sources of stress are multi-dimensional,mainly reflected in the six dimensions of student parents and social public opinion, welfare status, student factors, examinations and further studies, workload and self-development.According to the survey results,a careful analysis of the causes of stress is found, and it is found that the causes of teacher stress problems are factors such as students, schools, families, individual teachers, student parents, and public opinion. This research reflects on the rights and obligations of government departments, education authorities, schools and individual teachers at four levels, with a view to proposing paths and thinking for the current release of junior middle school teachers 'occupational pressure and providing a positive reference for solving the problem of teachers' occupational pressure.
