There is no short time for social work as an “import” to actually enter China,and social work education has also been restored in China for nearly 40 years.During this period,the social workforce has gradually grown.However,relevant literature and data statistics show that in recent years,colleges and universities in our country have cultivated about 8,000 social work students each year,less than 30% of professional employment,low employment rates for counterparts,and serious staff loss.In addition,some scholars have found that social workers in many areas of our country have experienced occupational dilemmas with varying degrees of job burnout,especially the first-line social workers' burnout performance is outstanding,and the front-line social workers bear the burden in the social work industry.The role of the mainstay.The causes of job burnout are complicated.The main cause is the emotional exhaustion of practitioners.Social work is a representative type of emotional labor.Emotional work of social workers affects all aspects of helping people.Job burnout may be related to their work.It is related to its own particularity.Therefore,this article will be the first line of social workers as a research object,selecting emotional labor as the perspective of the study,the use of quantitative research methods,to explore the emotional occupation of social workers in the next line of occupational burnout.On the basis of literature research,this paper designed the three dimensions of job burnout and the different dimensions of emotional labor.A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed through the Internet.The number of successfully recovered samples was 138 and the number of valid samples collected was 132.The first-line social workers who participated in the sampling were engaged in social work services in Beijing,Shanghai,Chengdu,Xi'an,Guizhou,and Xinjiang.According to the results of the research,it was found that the emotional labor intensity of the first-line social workers surveyed was medium to high,and the degree of burnout was moderate.Based on the findings of the survey,this paper presents three levels of perspectives on how to help front-line social workers to overcome occupational burnout and put forward intervention strategies to explore how to address specific issues and individualization from the micro level.Enhance the support;from the meso level,explore how to help first-line social workers to maintain a strong professional life and ensure the quality of service;from the macro level to explore how to provide assistance in a large environment,such as policies and social work industry.It is hoped that we can find out how to effectively prevent the current situation of the brain drain of social workers from different perspectives and provide suggestions for promoting the healthy development of frontline social workers.
