Occupational burnout is very common in modern society,especially in some service-type industries,such as health care,education and government-related industries.Due to their job nature,people work in these industries usually would require a lot more communications than those work in other industries.Therefore,it is highly possible for them to get burnout problem if the psychological problem associated with their daily work couldn't be properly addressed.Similarly,social workers,a group of people providing professional services to others,certainly should pay attention to this phenomenon.This research implements a multi-step research method,including literature review,questionnaire design and interviewing staffs of 53 social organizations in Chengdu.Firstly,this research collected the relevant research literature,and then obtained the first-hand information related to this study through the collection,collation and summarization of the literature including the relevant policies and regulations of promoting the development of social work at the national and local levels,research results of both the colleges and a social work platform,also the materials about how the media comment on the current in situation and to be honest,by studying the collected literature carefully,we can master and understand the employment status of the first-tier social workers.And then issue self-fill questionnaire to the survey,and its content is the modified MBI of Maslach,which is more suitable to reflect the job burnout problem in first-tier social workers.After the use of SPSS data processing software,we can analyze the results from social,organizational,personal and other factors.With the combination of self-administered questionnaire and standardized interview,we can study the job burnout of the interviewees from many sides on the spot,and try to understand the influencing factors of job burnout of the first-tier social workers,exploring the causes of the status quo in a deeper level.Finally,with the combination of objective survey data and the content of the interview,we can screen the job burnout performance,recover the burnout process,explore the factors that leads to job burnout,figure out the appearance of first-tier social workers' job burnout problem,the reasons,as well as influence,and try to find solutions and suggestions on solving the first-tier social workers' job burnout problem.The effect of gender factors on the emotional exhaustion dimension of social workers occupation burnout significantly,and showed a positive correlation,that female social workers have influence emotional exhaustion than male social workers;influence factors on marriage emotional exhaustion dimension social workers occupation burnout significantly,and positively related,namely unmarried or divorced from the social dimension of emotional exhaustion effect higher than married social workers;parents understand the extent of significant factors to influence the individual dimensions of social workers occupation burnout,and negatively related,namely social workers parents understand the extent of the higher social workers to lower the level of individual monthly income;factors of social workers low personal accomplishment significantly,and negatively related that is,the higher the monthly income social workers low personal accomplishment degree is low.Finally,according to the above problems,this study puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of job burnout in four categories: the government level,the institutional level,the school level and the individual level.
