| The successful practice of the "Double Hundred Plan" and "He Plan" township(street)social work service stations has shown the government a new model of rural grassroots governance,and the construction of township social work stations has become a key focus of civil affairs service construction in recent years.Township social work stations have quickly been established and popularized to the township level.As the most important human resource of township social work stations-rural social workers,their ability directly determines the quality of social work station services.However,the current talent team construction of social workers in China mainly focuses on how to solve professional problems with professional methods,neglecting the attention to social workers themselves.As a service-oriented profession,social workers,especially rural social workers,are the group most prone to occupational fatigue.This study is based on the construction of a township social work service station in X County,Jiangxi Province.Through a survey of local social workers,it was found that there is widespread occupational fatigue among them.Therefore,the author used group work as the basic method,adopted social support theory,behavioral cognition theory,and emotional intelligence theory as the theoretical basis,and designed a set of intervention plans to involve social workers in three aspects: work pressure,emotional fatigue,and personal achievement,The intention is to alleviate the occupational burnout of rural social workers at the micro level of social workers themselves.The group results indicate that this research plan is feasible and the direction is correct.Through methods such as knowledge explanation,group discussion,role-playing,and self disclosure,group intervention activities have indeed alleviated the occupational fatigue of rural social workers,especially in terms of emotional fatigue.The results also indicate that group work is a low-cost and high-quality social work method that can effectively alleviate the occupational fatigue of rural social workers to some extent without professional supervision. |
