The employment of rural labor force in cities is the key to the effective transfer of rural labor force.It is an important part of realizing the modernization of China's agriculture.Employment of rural laborers in cities can further narrow the urban-rural income gap,realize the citizenization of migrant workers,and reduce the number of peasants.At the same time as the efficiency of agricultural production,farmers' material lives have been improved.However,with the acceleration of the transfer rate of rural laborers,the employment field of rural laborers entering cities is narrow,and the employment quality is not high.The problem of employment quality is already severe.Jining City is a traditional agricultural city in Shandong Province.Rural labor resources are abundant.With the development of urbanization,the rural labor transfer effect is significant.The urbanization rate of Jining City has increased from31.57% in 2010 to 52.75% in 2016,but The large and rapid transfer of rural labor force has made the problems of working environment,salary and salaries,public services,and social security of rural labor force in urban areas in Jining more and more prominent.This paper uses empirical analysis method,literature research method,qualitative and quantitative methods,and analyzes the current employment situation of rural labor force in cities in Jining City from the aspects of scale,field,treatment and comprehensive quality of labor force.Using the 2016 rural labor transfer and employment data in cities in 11 districts and counties of Jining City,the key factors affecting the employment of rural labor force in Jining City,including economic factors,labor factors,policy and institutional factors,and government supervision factors,were extracted through factor analysis.Factors,constructing an analysis model of the influencing factors of employment of rural labor force in cities in Jining City,and conducting research on the problems of environmental problems,salary treatment,lack of public services,and low quality of labor in the rural labor force in Jining City,based on factor analysis.With the regression analysis,we further improved various variables to obtain the most direct influence on the employment of rural labor force in cities.Regression analysis was used to obtain the regression equation.The following conclusions were drawn: Among the factors affecting the employment of labor force in cities in Jining City,the economic factors,the labor force's own factors,and the policy and institutional factors have a significant effect on the employment of rural labor force in cities in Jining City.Theimperfection of the regulatory service system at the stage has hindered the employment of rural laborers in cities.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,from the aspects of accelerating economic development,improving the quality of rural labor,improving the supervision and management mechanism,and formulating long-term employment plans for rural labor in cities,we put forward some suggestions and suggestions for promoting the employment of rural labor force in cities in Jining City.
