Rural Areas Of Songshan Street In Qixia City Under The Background Of New Urbanization Study On Labor Force Employment And Its Influencing Factors

At present,China’s rapid development of new urbanization,the key is people-oriented.At present,the top-level design of new urbanization in China has tended to be improved,and the exploration of local adaptation to local conditions is being carried out in an orderly manner.The overall quality and efficiency of urbanization has been significantly improved,the urbanization of agricultural population has become increasingly significant,the urban spatial pattern has been significantly optimized,the ability of urban sustainable development has been continuously enhanced,and the level of integrated development of urban and rural areas has been significantly improved.The process of integrating rural migrant population and urban population is gradually accelerating.Rural population not only needs to settle down in the city,but also needs to work happily in the city.The key lies in the re employment of rural population in the city.Rural labor connects rural and urban areas,and solving their employment problems not only promotes the development of urbanization,but also injects new vitality into rural economic development.Based on the current situation of rural areas with considerable scale in the periphery of Songshan Street,this paper studies and analyzes the employment status of rural labor in Songshan Street of Qixia City,and analyzes the influencing factors of the proportion of employment time of rural labor in Songshan Street of Qixia City.In this paper,the rural labor force registered in Songshan Street is investigated,and the research data is obtained through the combination of questionnaires and field visits.Using the labor flow theory,labor market segmentation theory,and Petity-Clark theorem,the research framework is constructed from six aspects of rural labor force’s own factors,occupational factors,industrial income factors,time factors,market factors,and urbanization factors,This paper uses the multiple ordered logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of the employment duration of rural labor force in Songshan Street in a year.The results show that 16 variables,such as health status,the number of elderly and young family members in the family who need to be cared for,daily working hours,the importance of work intensity,and income stability,have a significant impact on the proportion of employment hours of rural labor force in a year.The study found that the comprehensive quality of rural labor force in Songshan Street is not high,and the impact of family pressure is large;The employment trend tends to be part-time,and the quality of employment is generally not high;The overall income stability is not high,and the industrial upgrading is beginning to take effect;Most have achieved industrial transfer,but the situation of excessive labor is prominent;There are new opportunities for employment in all industries,but farmers’ participation is relatively conservative;Social security is not perfect,and there is a lot of room for urbanization.In order to link up the major national strategies to solve the employment problem of rural labor force,promote the rural labor force in Songshan Street of Qixia City to achieve more stable,full and high-quality employment,and point out the next development direction of urbanization in Qixia City,the following countermeasures and suggestions are given: First,Pay attention to vocational skill training and improve the quality of rural labor force;Second,Create a good working environment and broaden employment channels;Third,Formulate management policies differently and reasonably arrange working hours;Fourth,Develop rural industries according to local conditions and vigorously promote industrial integration and high-quality development;Fifth,Standardize labor relations and protect legal rights and interests;Sixth,Improve the social insurance system and ensure the synchronization of supporting resources.
