Since the popularization of higher education,the scale of higher education expands quickly and college graduates increase year by year.The relevant datas show that the class of 2016 college graduates have reached 7.65 million people,the 2017 college graduates is expected to reach 7.95 million.The employment environment is not optimistic,the graduate employment competition of college graduates is fierce.College graduates employment problem caused the wide attention of all parties in society.Some people think that the rate of return on receiving higher education are decreasing.someone reduce the investment in education,and even give up the chances of receiving higher education,which lead to the current class solidification problem.It is significance for us to study the higher educators employment problems of the urban and rural areas,which will promote the development of higher education and establish confidence in higher education.In this paper,I use the relevant data of national social science fund project and select the typical employment quality index.According to analysis the quality of urban and rural employment by higher educators two-phase comparison,I get the following conclusions:1.From the overall aspact,most higher educators of the urban and rural areas have entered the primary Labour market,only a few in the secondary labor market,reflecting the positive impact of higher education to social mobility.Most college graduates of the urban and rural areas choose to small and medium-sized cities for work,few people choose to work in villages and towns.Most higher educators job satisfaction is higher.Higher education develop a positive role in personal development,but in different groups and different education stages it have different performance.2.1n the professional type field,in the elite stage,more than 90%of the urban and rural higher education enters the primary Labour market,only a few in the secondary labor market.There is no gap between urban and rural areas.In the popularization stage,the proportion of the two groups in the main labor market has generally been declining,the decline of rural higher educators is larger,the urban and rural areas show the larger gap.In workplace,most city college graduates choose to work in big cities,the countryside higher educators have focused on small and medium-sized cities and towns.In terms of working unit,at elite higher education stage,most urban and rural employment choose enter system for work.After entered the stage of popularization of higher education,two groups into the system of employment units generally declines.In terms of wage income,in elite stage,the urban and rural areas have no difference in low-income and higher income,after the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the countryside educators in salary income mainly concentrated in low and middle income level.The city high income is higher than the countryside.In terms of job satisfaction,after the college expansion of urban and rural overall job satisfaction has generally been declining by higher educators.There are big gap between urban and rural areas.Research shows that some factors cause the difference of the college graduates employment quality between urban and rural areas.the income of urban and rural household are enlarging.The state have different education investment.The higher educators have different human capital level.The impact of social capital in different periods and different function space is difference.the change of the quantity of supply and demand and the demand structure for college graduates have changed.To narrow the gap of the employment quality between the urban higher educated labor and rural areas higher educated labor.The government should develop the rural economy and develop the third industry,narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas and expanding employment demand;We should accelerate reform of the household registration system and establish the efficient integration of the Labour market;The government should enhance investment in rural education and promote the education fair.Colleges and universities should meet the needs of society and innovative talent training mode;Universities timely release employment information and strengthen the employment guidance of higher educators in rural areas.Rural higher education family should establish confidence in higher education,and increase investment in education;The rural higher education family pay attention to the training of comprehensive ability of higher educators and guide the professional development.The higher educators should improve their human capital and enhance competitiveness.They should change employment idea and formulate the reasonable career planning.
