Have much higher normal colleges in jiangxi province,graduated from preschool education specialized student in sports skills and demonstrate ability to almost zero,can not meet the kindergartens or expectation and demand for students majoring in pre-school education,preschool education professional students do not understand sports skill,not organize class game or contest activities,and sports college students don't have professional theoretical knowledge and kindergarten sports special knowledge,training target,training plan and mutual derailment reality demand,this makes the pre-school education professional students engaged in preschool teacher education sports education when ability is insufficient,lead to lagging in preschool physical education ability.The author from the evaluation system,curriculum content,teachers' understanding of preschool education sports aspects carries on the analysis and research,the current problems existing in the pre-school education professional students physical education teaching ability,analyses the reasons behind,to build more reasonable pre-school education professional sports curriculum in jiangxi province and provides practical reference.Paper USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and logic analysis method,with questionnaire survey to the university preschool education specialized teachers and kindergarten teachers in the investigation and the interview.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The jiangxi province university preschool education specialized teachers' understanding of children's status is generally higher,most of the teachers to put children's sports consciousness in important position,weak on execution;2.The kindergarten is equipped with professional physical education teachers in jiangxi province in gap is larger,and the most of the teachers choose traditional subject-based curriculum teaching methods,traditional backward,not adapt to the needs of the development of young children in the new period;3.Only a small number of preschool teachers can be competent the sports teaching activities of the kindergarten and demonstration ability,influence preschool physical education teachers is not competent for teaching the main reason is the lack of sports knowledge and skills;4.The most popular with the young children sports is sports game,followed by all kinds of equipment,game of preschool education major in colleges and universities sports curriculum on the lack of a link,the equipment is equipped with kindergarten also can meet your needs,has not been targeted in colleges and universities sports equipment for the preschool education professional students learning;5.University preschool education specialized sports curriculum and the society in the future development and the needs of thedevelopment of the kindergarten disconnect,easy to cause the students can't put this to use,and even can't meet the requirements for jobs after graduation;6.In the assessment mode of physical education,most students adopt the national unified college students' physique test content standard and the project to carry out the physique test,and ignore the particularity of pre-school education professional curriculum setting;7.College preschool teachers have not paid enough attention to the basic knowledge and basic sports skills of education professional sports in pre-school.There are several problems in the course of the preschool education professional physical education and kindergarten sports activities in jiangxi province.1.Practice teaching arrangement and the need of society,the separation of the course facilities only consider students cognitive ability,and ignore the theory of practice in training students' practice teaching and social needs disjointed;2.University preschool education specialized physical education curriculum evaluation standard is not reasonable,from the point of physical education teaching contents,learn what take an examination of,teach what take an examination of,not only makes the evaluation standard and curriculum content and the target is deviated from the social talent needs,students or professional positions in the future to further improve;3.The pre-school education major lacks children's sports practice venues and equipment;4.The kindergarten sports teachers cannot meet the demand of social construction,preschool education professional students' practical ability is also a lack of physical education teaching,on the language and action demonstration due to lack of practice and learning;5.Preschool education major in colleges and universities sports curriculum organization and poor supervision,assessment is only carried out in accordance with the physical test content of students assessment on the teaching practice of preschool education major students have ability to examine the ability of organization and the various sports,this will inevitably affect the pre-school education professional sports curriculum implementation and carry out.Improvement measures:1.Promote preschool education and social demand,teachers of pre-school education students in colleges and universities sports teaching idea to change,be sure that the training goal of diversity,based on training practical and social demand for sex and comprehensive talents;2.Improve preschool education professional evaluation standards of physical education,for preschool education professional,should with general assessment of physical education curriculum content,not conform the inspection,broadcast gymnastics,track and field events will three-step layup,etc.,and should assess students' ability of preschool physical education;3.Strengthen the pre-school education professional sports facilities equipped with students,set up some specifically for pre-school education professional students in campus use children's sports teaching equipment,students simulation for preschool education professional sports physical education class;4.Strengthen therapid formation of education workers' physical education in kindergartens,including the basic theoretical knowledge of children,the design of children's physical education,the theory of children's sports and the sports activities of children;5.Strengthen the organization and supervision of pre-school education physical education courses,and gradually improve the strength of education professional and kindergarten teachers.
