In recent years, China’s primary and middle school students in the indexes such as height, weight trends to continue to grow at the same time, speed, endurance, explosive force and body flexibility and so on many physical quality index is falling. Power has a great deal of high quality education resources in colleges and universities, colleges and universities to participate in the elementary school sports teaching,is not only an important part of college social services, also need to implement and improve its functions of colleges and universities.The Beijing municipal education commission in order to improve students’ quality, develops the student individuality, realize the education, accelerate the development of the elementary school sports,improve children’s physical health, better driving characteristics of primary school and cultivate high quality resources and by taking buy from colleges and universities sports teaching social services in the form of sports activities in primary school. This study is to Beijing sport university, 2014~2015 school year to participate in the Beijing hai dian district northeast central primary school, primary school attached to China agricultural university, hui long guan, chang ping district center elementary school, the second primary school, Huo Ying hui long guan center elementary school sports teaching research effect and influencing factors of social services.This research USES the literature material method, field test method,questionnaire investigation, interview method, mathematical statistics,comparative analysis, the Beijing sports university 2014-2015 school year to participate in the Beijing five features of primary school "Colleges and universities to participate in primary school" activities of the basic present situation, the "senior staff" work, services, and the effect of course) satisfaction, "Colleges and universities to participate in primary school" project for the government, colleges and universities, the influence of the three of primary school, as well as to influence the effect of the five characteristics of primary school physical education curriculum factors analysis, aims to summarizesuccessful experience in the process of sports, find out the deficiencies and affecting factors, improve the effect of service, provide guidance and reference for the follow-up work.The results show that:1.Beijing Sports University " Colleges and universities to participate in primary school " project to enhance the physical health of students, cultivating students’ interest in sports, development of campus culture construction, to carry out teacher training and has achieved preliminary success.2.Of Beijing Sport University "Colleges and universities to participate in primary school" twinning school sports equipment status and needs of teachers teaching, project carry out the problems existed in the process of inquiry, for the "Colleges and universities to participate in primary school" internship training contents and direction provides a good reference for improving the teacher education practice.
