With the rapid development of social economy,people's sports consciousness to strengthen gradually,sports also favoured by more and more people need a large number of applied sport talents in the service of a line,and the cultivation of sports talents in China in addition to the competitive sports,the vast majority of the cultivation of sports talents more dependent on the physical universities.Physical education is an important part of physical education institutions,basketball training course is one of the main courses of physical education,as training in the front line of basketball professional application talents,its personnel training specifications related to the development of China's basketball career,should be taken seriously.How to adapt to the basic education reform,how to adapt to the needs of social development,how to meet the requirements of training objectives,physical education institutions and even the national physical education work There is an urgent need to solve the problem.This paper takes the 14 professional colleges and universities in the field of physical education professional basketball undergraduate application talents training course program as the research object,through the comparative analysis to find the trend to adapt to the trend of personnel training program,so that the curriculum of sports institutions more rationalization.This paper uses the methods of literature,investigation,comparison,and logic analysis to develop the curriculum of the undergraduates in the direction of basketball from the perspective of social needs,basketball personnel training objectives and student curriculum.Conduct a comparative study and draw the following conclusions:1,Physical education institutions of physical education to social needs,personnel training program-oriented programs to cultivate the modernization of the application-oriented talents,supplemented by complex talents.2,Physical education in physical education institutions in the personnel training objectives,training specifications without substantive differences,part of the public elective elective courses and professional elective hours allocated less,is not conducive to student interests and expertise development.3,in addition to Harbin Institute of Physical Education,the other institutions of higher education are set up basketball professional courses.4,Physical education professional basketball professional basketball teachingcontent of the selection should be consistent with the development of basketball and basketball special talents training objectives.At present,the focus and characteristics of the teaching content of basketball special courses in physical education specialty of physical education colleges are obviously insufficient.Teaching content to highlight the "content",while ignoring the student's dominant position;In addition,the teaching content is not clear enough,in the selection of teaching content with the flow,no special content as a support.5,the current physical education institutions of professional basketball professional courses in the teaching hours there is a clear gap between the number of institutions of basketball special courses teaching hours significantly less,in the student basketball special ability to cultivate,it is difficult to achieve basketball special The requirements of personnel training objectives.6,China's sports colleges and universities physical education professional basketball program in the assessment of the assessment,re-assessment,light evaluation,relatively more one-sided,the lack of a comprehensive assessment of the students evaluation process.In addition,the evaluation system of basketball special curriculum is lack of scientific,subjective in the evaluation and evaluation,and is susceptible to affective factors.
