People often say that physical exercise can cultivate the formation of students' Hardiness Personality,but few scholars have confirmed the relationship between physical exercise behavior and Hardiness Personality.It is of great significance to carry out an empirical study on the relationship between the physical exercise behavior and hardiness personality of students in the current situation ofstudents insufficient physical exercise and poor psychological quality.Therefore,this study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study the relationship between physical exercise behavior and hardiness personality of junior middle school students.The purpose of the study is to provide reference materials for the related personnel or departments to improve the psychological quality of junior middle school students and promote their physical exercise.Through the analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)More than 70% junior middle school students with physical exercise intensity below the middle level,among which girls are more prominent;Less than20% of junior middle school students who can insist exercise daily,and more than half of the junior middle school students exercise less than half an hour each time.The insufficient exercise intensity and gender differences are the issues that must be paid attention to in the junior middle school physical education reform.(2)The hardiness personality of junior middle school students consists of four dimensions:toughness,control,commitment,and challenge;The hardiness personality of junior middle school students have a middle level overall,among them,the total score of toughness,control,challenge and tenacity of boys is significantly higher than that of girls,but junior middle school students in different grades showed significant differences only in the input dimension.There was no obvious urban-rural difference in junior middle school students' hardiness personality,and there was no significant difference in the hardiness personality of only children and non-only children.(3)The intensity,frequency and duration of physical exercise of junior middle school students are positively related to the 4 dimensions of toughness,control,commitment and challenge of hardiness personality.The higher each time of physical exercise,the intensity of exercise and the frequency of exercise,the higher the level of hardiness personality,junior middle school students' physical exercise behavior can effectively predict their hardiness personality level.furthermore,the paper proposes targeted recommendations for junior middle school sports teaching and its reform based on the relationship between the two...
