In recent years,although the school physical education has made great progress in the reform,but in the practical work,due to various reasons,there still exist the phenomenon of attaching importance to the cultural curriculum and neglecting the physical education,resulting in the students' lack of enthusiasm for physical exercise,resulting in the decline of students' physical quality.This problem not only affects the development of students,but also attracts the attention of the government and becomes the focus of sports research.Therefore,the research on the physical health of teenagers plays an extremely important role in improving the overall quality of the Chinese people and the implementation of the strategy of sports power.Based on the relevant theories of psychology and sociology and the research on exercise commitment and exercise behavior,this study investigated 900 questionnaires distributed to 4 middle schools in wuhan by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.SPSS22.0 and AMOS data statistical software were used to explore the correlation between physical exercise commitment and physical exercise behavior and the predictive effect of physical exercise commitment on exercise behavior.The results showed:1.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and the attribution of each item of physical exercise commitment and its dimensions and indicators of physical exercise behavior is very clear.In the regression analysis,physical exercise commitment has a predictive effect on each dimension of physical exercise behavior.2.Physical exercise commitment and its dimensions have significant gender differences,and male students are higher than female students.In terms of grade differences,except for the non-significant differences of social constraint dimensions in different grades,the differences of physical exercise commitment and other dimensions in different grades are significant.3.In terms of the gender differences among the indicators of physical exercise behavior,except for the exercise persistence,there were no significant differences among the other three indicators,and boys were higher than girls.The differences of physical exercise behavior in different grades were significant.4.The correlation between physical exercise commitment and physical exercise behavior is very significant,except that the social restriction dimension has no significant correlation with the number,intensity and persistence of physical exercise,but there is a significant positive correlation between the physical exercise commitment and other dimensions and the indicators of physical exercise behavior.5.In the regression analysis,the dimensions of sports interest,participation opportunity and participation selection positively predicted the exercise time;The dimensions of exercise commitment level,exercise interest,personal involvement,participation opportunity and participation selection positively predicted the number of exercise times and negatively predicted the social constraint dimension.The dimension of personal involvement positively predicted the exercise intensity.Exercise commitment level,exercise interest,personal involvement and participation were positively predicted for exercise adherence and negatively predicted for social constraints.Suggestions: improve the level of exercise promises can promote awareness to the transformation of the behavior,seize the prediction variables to the important role of exercise behavior,strengthen the cultivation of students interest in sport,to encourage individuals into exercise for middle school students,creating practice,improve the system of physical exercise,improve teachers' quality,rational planning of physical exercise,ensure that students participate in the exercise a week time,frequency,intensity,etc.,and guide students to insist to take exercise,gradually forming students' exercise habits.
