Group Social Work Intervention In Urban Life Adaptability Of Elderly Migrant Workers

With the gradual increase of the elderly population in China,the problem of the elderly is becoming more and more prominent.With their children and their children leaving their lives for a lifetime,they come to a big city that they have never been in contact with.It is undeniable that with the development of our country's economy,the number of elderly people is expanding.But sadly,the current study of social work in China,the less Suiqian issue of the elderly attention,for the study of city life is the relative lack of adaptability,but the old city Suiqian life adaptability is one of the important problems of elderly social work can not be ignored.For life is relatively simple,relatively thought from the feudal Suiqian old man,because the city living environment in rural life environment is different,will inevitably lead to Suiqian elderly have communication difficulties,in the life of the city,the concept of psychological dilemma of such life dilemma dilemma,for most rural migrant elderly to live in the City after the obvious discomfort,it is difficult to adapt to the city life.This article mainly focuses on the survey of the elderly in the L community in Changsha.On the basis of the existing research results,I interviewed and surveyed the elderly in the L community of Changsha by case study,questionnaire and observation.I also informed the collation and analysis of interview records and survey reports.I learned about the characteristics of the elderly in L community in Changsha,and analyzed the predicament of their urban life and the reasons for their predicament.At last,after thinking and analyzing several times,the author thinks that group work is more suitable for the elderly in L community.Therefore,I plan a series of group activities,hoping to help them solve the predicament of urban life and enable them to integrate into urban life faster and better.And the author finally gives some suggestions to promote the migration of city life adaptability of the elderly,the elderly can expect all migrant workers as soon as possible to adapt to city life,to the high quality of the old age in the new city.
