| Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.The research on labor education in mentally retarded schools not only improves the quality of labor education in mentally retarded schools,but also enables mentally retarded students to master the necessary labor knowledge and skills,form correct labor values,and lay the foundation for their later personal life social life and family life.Starting from the labor education of mentally retarded schools,this study is committed to studying the characteristics of labor education in mentally retarded schools,exploring the laws of labor education in mentally retarded schools,and summarizing the experience of labor education in mentally retarded schools,so as to provide reference for relevant research in the future.The research mainly adopts the methods of literature,interview and investigation and experience summary.Through the literature method,this paper summarizes and combs the current research on labor education in mentally retarded schools at home and abroad,and sorts out the theories,policies and main viewpoints of labor education in mentally retarded schools,which lays a foundation for the research.The interview survey method is mainly aimed at the specific cases in the study.Through interviewing the relevant personnel of labor education in Shenyang Y school,we can understand the specific implementation of labor education in the school,summarize its achievements,existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems.Through the research,it is found that the labor education of Shenyang Y school has made some achievements in curriculum,teaching methods and teaching methods,but there are also some problems,such as insufficient allocation of labor education teachers,insufficient content of labor education,imperfect infrastructure of labor education and unreasonable evaluation of labor education.Aiming at the existing problems of labor education in Shenyang Y school,after analysis and summary,the following specific countermeasures and suggestions are given: clarify the training objectives of labor education,reasonably set up labor education courses,improve the teaching content of labor educationof,strengthen the construction of teachers,build a labor education practice base,and cooperate with families and communities to carry out labor education. |
