At present,China is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society,and the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Carrying out the new development idea of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing,implementing the strategy of promoting the innovative development of our country and promoting the people's innovation and so on,we urgently need to optimize the training structure of talents and train all kinds of scarce talents.College students,as a kind of people with higher quality,are the important force of national construction,the study of the cultivation and ability of innovative entrepreneurship in our country will help to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system and promote the reform of educational system mechanism in colleges and universities,so as to improve the innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students.And then push our country into the ranks of human resources powerful and talented nation.Because of the influence of various factors,the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial spirit and ability of college students in China is not optimistic.Based on this,this paper,starting from the new development concept,studies the deficiencies and corresponding countermeasures of the cultivation and improvement of the innovative entrepreneurship spirit of our university students.First of all,based on the new development idea,innovation and entrepreneurship theory,human capital theory and Marxist theory about human's all-round development,this paper analyzes the elements and ability structure of innovative entrepreneurship of Chinese college students,and then investigates and analyzes the innovative entrepreneurial spirit and ability of Chinese college students.This paper sums up the achievements and the main problems in the cultivation and ability training of the innovative entrepreneurship of the Chinese university students,and also analyzes the reasons for the lack of the cultivation and ability training of the innovative entrepreneurship of the university students,for example,the social and cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship is not strong,and the innovation and entrepreneurship The employment Conservative education of college students ' family environment.Finally,aiming at the deficiency of cultivating and improving the innovative entrepreneurial spirit,this paper puts forward some improvement measures such as promoting innovation education reform,setting up innovative pioneering platform andcultivating innovative pioneering culture.Through the research on the cultivation and ability upgrading of the innovative entrepreneurship of Chinese university students,this paper can promote colleges and universities to perfect the curriculum system of innovative entrepreneurship education,construct innovative service platform for students,guide students to actively participate in innovative activities and entrepreneurial practice,carry out innovative entrepreneurial competitions,and create innovative entrepreneurial campus culture.The research results are beneficial to the development of college students ' intrinsic potential in innovative entrepreneurial activities,which has certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the construction of China's innovative talent system and the promotion of China's independent innovation strategy.
