The cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is a problem that cannot be ignored in the new era.The research on the structure of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is very important for ability cultivation,which meets the needs of national economic development,innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and development,and ideological and political education theory and practice innovation.The research is divided into four main parts: the first part is the theoretical basis of the research.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign literature,this paper expounds and defines the concepts of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and summarizes and draws on the classical theories.The second part is the construction process of the innovation entrepreneurial capacity structure model.Through literature analysis,interviews and other means,a total of 54 elements of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities were extracted,divided into three levels,a concept model was proposed,and a preliminary questionnaire was prepared.Based on this questionnaire,647 college students were surveyed SPSS25.0 was used for exploratory factor analysis,and AMOS24.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the ability structure model of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is determined,including three first-level dimensions of innovation and entrepreneurship drive,leadership and action force.Among them,the driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship includes six secondary dimensions: sureness and willingness,self-confidence and decisiveness,entrepreneurial interest,self-cognition,emotional control and learning ability.Innovation and entrepreneurship leadership includes five secondary dimensions: team management,communication,enterprise management,crisis management and collaborative empathy.The motivation of innovation and entrepreneurship includes three secondary dimensions: resource integration,innovative thinking and practical ability.The self-rating scale of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of Chinese college students was compiled with 50 questions,and its reliability and validity were above 0.9.The third part is the status quo survey,using self-developed scale to carry out a questionnaire survey on the level of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of more than 4000 college students in eight economic zones of China.The results show that the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in China as a whole is above the average level,and there are significant differences among different groups of college students.The fourth part,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current problems,puts forward the cultivation strategies for the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in the new era,which should change the concept,improve the measures and optimize the environment,so as to achieve high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education.In conclusion,this study constructed a conform to the characteristics of a new era and social development,the ability of college students' innovative undertaking structural model with Chinese characteristics,at the same time compiled form the "self rating scale of Chinese college students' innovative undertaking ability",and provide a lucrative new era college students' innovative undertaking ability status quo survey data,for future academic research and the practice exploration provides a theoretical support and tools support,has very important theoretical value and practical significance.
