The application of modern educational technology has led to great changes in classroom teaching.Educators have continued to explore and practice in depth,making information technology better serve classroom teaching,integrating modern education with the learner-centered concept,flipped Classroom came into being.However,there are several problems that tend to arise during the implementation of the flipping classroom: First,relying entirely on learners learning in a self-organizing environment will lead to learning not reaching a predetermined height or learning objectives that are not clear enough,making the follow-up of the flipping classroom impossible to go deeper;Second,a single pre-study micro-video learning can not meet the individualized learning needs of learners,resulting in low interest of learners and the inability to focus on learning;Third,pre-class learning in the flipping classroom is completely different from the pre-class preparation in the traditional classroom.It requires the learner to complete the knowledge construction to a certain degree to carry out the study in class.This process lacks effective supervision and assistance to help students with pre-class knowledge building.For these problems,this thesis introduces virtual teachers into flipped classroom teaching,proposed a flipped classroom teaching model based on virtual teachers,In the pre-learning session,a dedicated virtual teacher is assigned to complete personalized learning based on learners' respective learning characteristics.At the same time,the learner's learning status and results are passed on to the teacher as a basis for carrying out the class activities.Firstly,studied the working mechanism of the virtual teacher,constructed the KCP learner model in the adaptive learning system,and completed the flipped classroom teaching design based on the virtual teacher.Secondly,according to the teaching characteristics and needs of flipped classroom,an adaptive learning system based on virtual teacher is designed to build a teaching environment for the implementation of flipped classroom.Finally,the flipped classroom teaching model based on virtual teachers is applied to practical teaching.Through the practical application of the learning system,taking the implementation effect of the occupational police training of a police officer as an example,the rationality of the flipped classroom teaching model based on the virtual teacher is verified.A solid step has been taken to establish a new relationship between teachers and students and the practice of modern education concepts.
