The flipped classroom is a new instructional model,which has brought worldwide attention in education nowadays.It has brought transformative impacts on traditional education,and also provided us with an innovative way and a paradigm for the reform of classroom instruction.It is based on the overall classroom view of “in class” and “outside of class”,and uses information technology to allow the content previously taught in class to be learned outside of class through teaching videos.Under the condition of covering the same amount of basic knowledge,this strategy make the classroom become a dynamic and interactive learning environment,which enables students to gain a richer and more meaningful learning experience in classes.However,this does not mean that those students who are accustomed to passively accepting knowledge will become a more active learner.Therefore,in the process of implementing the flipped classroom model,we cannot guarantee that every student will be able to complete the self-learning tasks with required quality and quantity,and we cannot ensure that every student can actively participate in the classroom interactions.The true learning of students often comes from individual experience and thinking,and we can never replace it with forcing them to learn.Therefore,under the flipped classroom model,we still need to find a way to stimulate students' sense of self-consciousness and responsibility for learning,so that they can enhance their active learning behavior while acquiring knowledge.The “system of little teacher by everyone” is exactly this kind strategy.It gives every student a "little teacher" role and corresponding responsibilities,which can encourage every student to learn for teaching and ensure the quality of independent learning.During class,they can demonstrate what they've learned to classmates,and help others with what they know,which makes them realize their self-value and enjoy learning,and improves their sense of belonging in the classroom.Based on this,my study focuses on the “system of little teacher by everyone”and the flipped classroom.And I'm trying to explore that,in a flipped classroom environmentwhich is not limited by time and space,what kind of teaching effect it will bring if everyone is a little teacher.This study mainly applies the following methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and educational experiment.Based on the theoretical basis of constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory,mastery learning theory,and learning pyramid theory,and combining teaching practice with previous research,we constructed a flipped classroom teaching model based on the “system of little teacher by everyone” and apply it to teaching experiment.By examining the effectiveness of this model,I can testify whether the introduction of the “system of little teacher by everyone” can improve the teaching effectiveness of the flipped classroom strategy.During the course of this research,firstly,I reviewed the relevant literature,analyzed the research status of domestic and international research on the “little teacher model” and the flipped classroom teaching model.Secondly,I tried to understand the overall student learning situation and the main problems in the flipped classroom teaching through a questionnaire survey,and then analyzed the reasons that caused the problems and tried to find ways to solve the problem.Then,based on the analysis,the relevant learning theories and existing research results,I constructed a flipped classroom teaching model based on the “system of little teacher by everyone” and analyzed the basic procedures and constructional elements of the model.Then,by treating the teaching model as an independent variable,I applied the flipped classroom teaching model based on the “system of little teacher by everyone” and the general flipped classroom teaching model to the teaching experiments.And using these experiments to testify the effectiveness of my model in changing students' academic performance,learning attitude,learning ability,self-efficacy and cognitive achievement compared the general flipped classroom teaching model.Finally,I analyzed relevant experimental data with SPSS software,and drew conclusions.Based on this study,I can obtained the following preliminary conclusions: The introduction of the “system of little teacher by everyone” into the flipped classroom and the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model based on the “system of little teacher by everyone” will help improve students' academic performance,improve students' learning attitudes,enhance students' learning ability,enhance students' sense of self-efficacy,and ensure students' academic achievement,and most of the students relatively agree with and accept this model.
