| Job burnout is a mental problem resulting from long-term stress caused by continuous dull work.Due to the rapid social development and the higher working/living standard of people today,people with different occupations are now susceptible to various job burnout problems,including:being less ambitious,mental depression when at work,feeling tired upon entering the office,getting annoyed easily by the working atmosphere,longing for vacation inmediately when starting to work,etc.This phenomenon is described by Masle as "corporate sleepers".According to our investigations,as the pace of the social life getting increasingly faster,people are now taking less and less time to develop job burnout problems,sometimes even around six months,but,indeed,most people require much longer working time to develop these symptoms.Among the society,teachers,especially those who work at primary schools and middle schools,are now highly susceptible to job burnout when facing both education/research tasks at work and minor chores at home,making them unable to adapt and adjust their mood,resulting further job burnout problem.Dancing teachers in middle schools,requiring both mental labor and physical labor,can easily fall for serious job burnout problems under such a great amount of pressure.And as the government now regard the dancing education as a integral part of the so-called"quality education" advocated by the ongoing education reform,dancing teachers are facing increasingly more pressure,thus necessitating more attention on the problem of the job burnout phenomenon among them.This article aims to investigate and analyze the situation of the career pressure and the job burnout among the middle school teachers in the northwest part of Hunan province,to analyze the reason and the solution of the job burnout issues.Thus,with the dancing teachers working more at ease,students can have a better learning environment at school,and the education effectiveness could be improved. |
