Early childhood education is the starting point of national education and the foundation of a country.The quality of early childhood education is very important to the hope of and the future of a country.While improving the quality of early childhood teachers and promoting their professional development has great importance on the system of early childhood education.Therefore,the nations began to focus more and more on the quality of early childhood education teachers,and develop standards to ensure the quality of teachers,which has become the worlds preferred strategy of multinational countries and educational sectors.Developing standards of accomplished teachers of early childhood education to train and attract and retain more qualified teachers are more likely to ensure that early childhood education make more progress,and have made significant progress and steady development.Also currently there are researches studying some foreign excellent teachers 'professional standards to implement national standards according to our specific circumstances.The development and implementation of standards accomplished child care teachers of the United States has achieved good results and have been greatly improved,which to some extent provide a reference for the establishment of and implementation of our country's early childhood teachers ' standards.Through documentation analysis,comparative research and historical analysis on American accomplished early childhood teachers we can learn from it.Full text is divided into the following five sections:Part ?:introduction,it briefly introduces the purpose,significance,definition of the key terms and research methods,and reviews the literature from domestic and foreign research literature perspectives.Part ?:the background of America's accomplished teachers standards.According to the timeline,as well as national emphasis on early childhood education,the paper analyse of the background of the standard.Part ?:America's core values of standards of accomplished early childhood teachers.Through an interpretation of the text of the standard,it interprets the core values of the standard.Part ?:the main content of standards of accomplished early childhood teachers.The third and fourth parts are put on the detailed interpretation of the text.Part v:the enlightenment of standards of accomplished early childhood teachers to our country.Based on the context of the standards,this paper summarize some features of the standards and give scme suggestion to our country's implementation of the standards of early childhood teachers.
