Since teacher became a profession while establishment of the class teachingsystem, the professional development of teachers has300years history.With theresponsibility of education in society increasingly heavy commitment,professionaldevelopment of teachers has also been great attention,the professional standardsbecome a important basis of teacher training to improve teacher qualitysupervision.Continuous development of education today, early childhood educationhas also been unprecedented attention, and early childhood education preschoolteachers as an important role, the teachers own knowledge, experience andcapabilities have become important factors in early childhood education, whichdepends on high quality teacher professional standards training, monitoring andevaluation in order to promote the development of teachers in, thereby promoting thequality of early childhood education.The Standards for Early childhood Professional Preparation by NationalAsssociation for the Education of Young Children since the first edition of the guideto action began in1982, preschool teachers training in United States and institutionsfor guidance, after20years in accordance with the requirements of socialdevelopment and education reform and innovation, carried out several modificationsand development.In2001-2003according to different degrees issued the equivalent ofan associate degree, bachelor degree and graduate degree in early childhood teacherprofessional standards.Once again in2009and2010to supplement and instructions.Because the coverage of the standard is strong, widely applied in teacher training,certification of educational institutions have played an important role, while includingteachers, tutors, educational partners, children, etc., trainer of early childhoodeducation participants can find the appropriate requirements and expectations of thebehavior of the association in the standard.In this thesis, content of the standards for early childhood professionalpreparation by National Asssociation for the Education of Young Children, featuresand functions of a brief analysis focuses on the application of the standards and thetraining of teachers, summed up the important role of teachers in teacher training inprofessional standards, a total of divided into the following five sections:Chapter one, through tohe standards for early childhood professional preparation by National Asssociation for the Education of Young Children outlined briefly itscontents, analyze the reasons for the development of standards, characteristics andfeatures of a standard induction played.Chapter two,the standards for early childhood professional preparation byNational Asssociation for the Education of Young Children certification process earlychildbearing and content of teacher training institutions and projects to explore,clarify its role in the training of teachers in the standardization.Chapter three,focuses on the adhibitionof the standards for early childhoodprofessional preparation by National Asssociation for the Education of YoungChildren in higher education institutions, namely the creation of an associate degree,bachelor’s degree and graduate degree through the association certification ofpreschool teacher education professional training of the three universities as anexample,to discussed and analyzed.Chapter four,described the adhibition of the standards for early childhoodprofessional preparation by National Asssociation for the Education of YoungChildren in the application of the training analyzed on the educate in the ContinuingEducation Unite of the Association.Chapter five, according to the description and analysis of the above sections,summed up the role of professional standards in teacher training.
