With the development of educational psychology,more and more psychological theories have been applied in the teaching of various disciplines.Many teaching cases also prove that psychology does guide teachers and students’ teaching activities.The theory of information processing is a branch of educational psychology,is developed on the basis of cognition theory,aims to help people to pay attention to the problem and extract the information in question,and then processing the information,accompanied by a series of cognitive process,and finally solve problems.The theory of information processing has been applied in the reading comprehension of the English and Chinese subjects.In geography,many practical problems in geography subject is through reading,to solve the information extraction process,especially in non choice,often to a large section of text and picture materials are given,and then let the students answer a few questions.So I take the college entrance examination is a typical non choice as the research object,selects the National college entrance examination paper in 2008-2017 years,based on the theory of information processing,using the method of comparative analysis,statistical analysis,10 years of college entrance examination questions multiple-choice questions classification,calculate each accounted for ratio,and forecast the future the trend of development,after sorting according to the general process of information processing and information processing theory combined with the characteristics of geography,summed up a set of problem solving steps,but also put forward a series of teaching strategies.The purpose of this paper is to combine theory and geographic information processing based on the combination of innovation and problem-solving strategies,the psychology in the teaching,especially the application of geography teaching provide valuable guidance,but also shows the discipline education still has a large space can be developed by another way,will become the future development direction of psychology education that will become an important basis for future educational reform.
