Strength training is one of the most important training method.Most competitive sports should be based on the power quality. At present, the physical training is gradually developed from a single-muscle training to muscle-neural coordination training. That’s the training of the kinematic chain. In daily training and competition process, the actions of bodies are guaranteed by the reasonable and effective energy transfer on the kinematic chains. Body balance ability, physical power and physical power capability can be the external form of energy transfer on the kinematic chains.Literature, mathematical statistics method and experimental method are used in this paper to study 15 students major in physical education in grade 2013 in Capital Institute of Physical Education. The subjects are trained in different training methods and they are divided into experimental group I(cyclic strength training group), the experiment group II(regular strength training group) and experiment group III(no intervention group). The specialized training lasts for 8 weeks.Body balance ability, explosive force,work, work、power、fast strength, max power are tested before and after the training and the BTE TechTrainer equipment, imoove tester, load of dynamic balance are used. The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.The cyclic strength training and regular strength training affect the body balance ability. The total grades of three groups before and after the experiment increase in different degree. Grades about body balance ability of group I,group II and group III increase by 10.0%, 5.7%, 6.3% respectively in the middle level and 18.9%, 14.6%, 14.6% in the utmost level. The effects of cyclic strength training on body balance ability are more effective. The largest increase appears in the grades of group I, and the grades increase by 10.0%, 18.9% in middle level and utmost level respectively.2. The influence of cyclic strength training on the kinematic chain is the most obvious. Explosive force and work ability is obviously improved after the experiment. After training, work on the left and right hemisphere, power on the left and right hemisphere increased by 17.5%, 36.3%, 44.1%, 19.4% in group. Significant difference is found within group and group II and III. Regular training method in the sports training may has negative effect on explosive force and power. And seriously, injury may be produced so that people can’t finish the training and competition.3. Cyclic strength training and regular strength training can improve the main muscles’ strength of kinematic chains, and cyclic strength training has more influence. In the aspects of the height of takeoff, the maximum takeoff speed and takeoff power, 19.7%, 17.4% and 27.8% are increased by respectively in group I, and 13.5%, 6.5% and 3.9% in group II, and 7.1%, 3.7% and 1.8% in group III. Cyclic strength training can improve the musles’ shrinking capacity of the kinematic chains. The regular strength training can not improve the ability, and may produce negative impact. In the aspects of the height of takeoff, the maximum takeoff speed and takeoff power, 17.5%, 6.4% and 11.7% are increased by in group I, and 5.0%,-1.8% and 2.1% in group II, and 2.0%, 3.3% and-1.8% in group III.
