Broken Cocoon Into A Butterfly:A Narrative Study On The Development Of A Rural Privatekindergarten

The state attaches great importance to the development of private preschool education.However,due to the unstable income capital and the large flow of teachers,private kindergartens are not optimistic in the realistic development prospect.The head of the kindergarten is the soul of kindergarten development and the key to the survival of the private kindergartens.Therefore,the development of the kindergarten needs to be the source and impetus for the development of kindergartens.With the method of narrative research,this paper chose the remote mountains of a country run by the local people the kindergarten as the research object,study of birth long development needs,and combined with the life experience to describe the formation of the development needs,mainly focused on various stages of the development of kindergarten need change and the party and the government macro policy guidance to.This paper consists of four parts: introduction.It includes five aspects: first,the reasons for choosing this topic;The second is to introduce the purpose and significance of the research.Thirdly,the research on the development needs of the kindergarten principals and teachers in private kindergartens is sorted out.The fourth is to expound the theoretical foundation of the article;The fifth is to discuss the research process.The second part is the story of director D,which includes six aspects.First impressions of first contact;My lucky growth story;To enrich the life of urban private kindergartens;Stories of rural parks;The story of joining the project,the pursuit of excellence,systematically discussed the development needs of the D director.The third part,the content of the formation of D director development needs interpretation,there are three aspects of content,namely the development needs of the formation stage,development factor and the causes of the formation of development needs.In the fourth part,through the interpretation of the reasons for the development of the D garden,the author gives some enlightenment.The author hope that through their own footsteps and eye measurement land,village,the child here,as an "outsider" to the director in the past and present,the development and progress,she experienced the joy and pain,straying,slowly to presentin front of the reader.As a result,the perspective in the trend of current social and cultural development,D director in the performance of power and development need to change,through to the modern background,parents with a description of the relation between rural kindergarten,explore the kindergarten,fumble,confused,the development of the contact between the director's own development needs,in order to cause the reader.
