It is especially hard for the teachers to teach grammar, and it is also difficult for the students to master grammar. The reasons are as follows: students with different grammar knowledge, the great differences between juniors and seniors, a number of students in a classroom and the dull grammar rules. Whatever the reasons are, it is important for the students to participate in class actively and happily.The author focuses on the practical grammar teaching, and refers to a lot of national and international materials including the basic theories from different specialists. This article tries its best to get a new teaching way about grammar, namely, how to teach grammar under the guidance of learning plans. The author bases her study on the practical grammar teaching and she surveys the students and talks with twenty teachers, trying to understand the shortages in grammar teaching. After it, she puts the thoughts of learning plans in teaching and does experiments with two classes, finding that learning plans can arouse the interest of students and let students join in class actively, which improves their potential and improves their grammar study. At last, the author has a conclusion about the advantages and disadvantages.
