The performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges,which is regarded as the important assessment content of the talent team construction in higher vocational colleges,is an important means to solve the contradiction between limited education resources and increasing education resource demands.In terms of internal management,the performance management of teachers inhigher vocational colleges covers daily administrative performance,teaching performance,financial performance and so on.Because of its various,content and complicated indicators,many colleges and universities began to explore the performance management based on information technology.Through a lot of information storage and quick information processing,and combining with the development strategy of higher vocational colleges draw up a reasonable performance plan,implement the information interaction,communication,information feedback and application to overcome the limitations of the traditional artificial performance management,which improved the efficiency of performance management.On the research content,based on the Gansu Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an example,on the background of performance management informatization,and based on the systematic review and summarizing the traditional performance management theory,the present situation,problems and difficulties,systematically studies the performance management optimization scheme based on information technology in higher vocational colleges,definitudes design ideas,and rebuilds an index system of performance appraisal,which makes the design effectively reduce management cost,and makes the performance management of the business process more clear,finally,effectively reduces management costs,and avoids artificial factors.On this basis,the scheme is put into practice.Making use of the information platform to issue electronic questionnaire about the 22 department managers and 40 part-time teachers,which found that in the use of informatization performance management,the respondents has job more clear objectives,and more proactive work;The combination of teachers' personal work objectives,department goal and the whole institute development goals are much closer.There was a sharp increase in self control and adjust ability,and was helpful for teachers to realize self value pursuit.On the research methods,this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,adopts management by objectives(MBO),key performance indicators(KPI),360-degree performance evaluation method,discusses about the construction of performance appraisal index system,program implementation of process reengineering,the related evaluation index weight content such as design and assessment of information communication and feedback,and comparatively analysis results which achieved digital and measurable.This research has a certain practical significance on standard in higher vocational colleges teachers performance management,improve the efficiency of performance management,reduce the management cost,form a highly efficient and convenient performance management mode,but also expects to provide some useful reference for similar vocational colleges of teacher performance management.
