L College was founded in 1995 and was officially upgraded to a general undergraduate university in 2014 with the approval of the Ministry of Education of China.By using questionnaires,in-depth interviews,literature research and case studies,this paper will analyze the current situation of teachers’ performance management and its problems in L colleges and universities,based on content-based motivation theory,process-based motivation theory and behavior modification motivation theory,and analyze the causes of the problems.This optimization will comprehensively consider the strategic development goals of L college and optimize the teacher performance management system of L college in four aspects: performance planning,performance coaching,performance assessment and performance feedback.At the same time,the index and weight of performance appraisal are comprehensively optimized.It will construct scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes,establish effective communication mechanism and incentive mechanism and other suggestions to improve the performance management of teachers in L college.It is hoped that this optimization plan can provide reference for the private colleges and universities of the same type. |
