| In recent years,China’s economy has moved forward rapidly,and the development of the teaching industry is also very fast.The regional market structure is perfect.In the process of market development,the number of educational institutions has been increasing of education and training industry has attracted more and more attention.Performance management has always been the focus and difficulty of human resource management.A scientific and effective performance management system It can significantly enhance the level of training institutions,enable them to obtain more customers,high-quality customer resources and improve the overall competitive level.How to formulate a more reasonable performance system has become the most urgent problem.This paper hopes that through research,it can not only put forward a scientific and feasible improvement scheme for the teacher performance management system of children’s programming training institutions of K Company,other education and training institutions,training companies and other organizations.This paper takes K Company’s children’s programming training institution in the education industry as an example for correlation analysis.At present,60%of the employees of K Company’s children’s programming training institution are teachers,and the number has reached 500.Whether the teacher’s performance management system is scientific and reasonable is an important factor affecting the company’s market competitiveness.This paper analyzes the problem of K Company’s children’s programming training institution through the research methods of literature,interview and questionnaire.Based on the relevant performance management theory,combined with the actual situation and development planning of K Company,this paper uses the Balanced Scorecard to optimize and design the teacher performance evaluation index system,improve and optimize the teacher performance management process system,and design the corresponding implementation guarantee mechanism.Taking K Company as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the teacher team performance management system of the company,and comes to the conclusion that it is very important to establish a correct concept of performance management;Performance appraisal is a relatively complex process,which needs to formulate a reasonable performance appraisal scheme according to the characteristics of the enterprise and the specific situation;In the context of training and education reform,teacher performance reform is particularly important for private education institutions;According to the internal organization of K company,clearer post responsibilities are set to provide good reference and norms for teachers to perform their work;In order to ensure the effective implementation of performance appraisal measures,relevant safeguard measures are put forward to promote the smooth implementation of the improvement scheme of performance management. |
