Under the background of the reform of basic education in our country,teaching based on curriculum standards is a research field that has risen in recent years.To raise teachers' aware-ness and ability based on standard teaching and apply them to teaching design is one of the c-ore topics.This study revolves around the standard-based proposition of Chinese language te-aching design for primary schools for deaf schools and specifically discusses three basic iss-ues,namely,what is the standard Chinese teaching design for primary schools for deaf scho-ols and why standard Chinese teaching should be conducted at the primary school stage of deaf schools.How to carry out and how to implement a standards-based school instructional design for primary schools.Standards-based instructional design in primary schools for deaf schools is based on the analysis of the curriculum standards.Based on the physical and psychological development characteristics and development needs of deaf students,a unified plan for teaching objectives,teaching evaluation,teaching activities,etc.,is to determine the expected teaching goals.Bas-ed on the design of teaching evaluation,the final design of teaching activities.The realization of standards-based philosophy in the design of Chinese language instruction in primary sch-ools for deaf schools is conducive to meeting the special education needs of deaf students,and is more conducive to remediating teaching and helping individualized teaching.In this study,the survey of 100 primary school language teachers in the deaf schools in 17 cities of Shandong Province and the special education schools with the Ministry of Health found that:the current Chinese language teachers in deaf schools regard "Standards for Co-mpulsory Education in Deaf Schools(2016 Edition)"(In the following referred to as "Sta-ndard",the degree of attention is still relatively low,and the "Standard" has not really become the guiding basis for first-line teaching of Chinese teachers in primary schools for deaf scho-ols.Teachers' ability to "flexibly create" teaching activities based on curriculum standards is not strong.The ability to incorporate curriculum standards into teaching assessment design still needs improvement.Based on the current investigation and research and the analysis of the existing results,this study proposes a standard-based method and process for the design of Chinese language,instruction in primary schools for deaf schools.First of all,determine the expected teaching objectives-"analysis of the curriculum standard",determine the teaching objectives in acc-ordance with the "standards" to maintain the "standard" and the teaching objectives of the consistency;second is to design the teaching evaluation before the teaching activity-"tea-ching evaluation one" Through the design of classroom objectivity tests and performance evaluation evaluation models to monitor,promote,test the achievement of teaching objectives;Third,design teaching activities-"elastic creation",clear the theme,create situations,put forward requirements,and through teaching The evaluation timely adjusted and remedied the classroom teaching to ensure the achievement of the teaching goal.
