With the continuous development of information technology,increasingly rich education resources. But due to the uniqueness of special schools,abundant education resources can't be used directly, and targeted teaching resources are relatively scarce.Therefore, targeted for special education construction of teaching resources become a problem to be solved. In order to solve this problem, choose to deaf students as the research object, by teaching design theory, constructivism theory, defect compensation theory, the theoretical basis of the theory of multiple intelligences, to explore the design of deaf school teaching resources, and through applied to verify its effectiveness in the teaching, provide the basis for special education resources construction.Firstly, carry on the resources of demand analysis to deaf school student,understand the status of resource use, and resource requirements. Mainly through the questionnaire survey, at present the deaf school resources exist complicated, auxiliary,no specific problems such as lack of sign language, and makes a lot of can't effective use of network resources. Resource needs most disciplines such as language, several key subjects. At the same time, the deaf school language teaching resources use ordinary schools more courseware resources,there are linear structure, disorganized content, not easy to understand. In view of the existing problems, and combined with the characteristics deaf college students, put forward using the storyline make visualization software, systematic resources solutions, design conforms to the targeted the deaf students' use of teaching resources.Secondly,based on the current characteristics of the deaf students' learning,combining with the development of teaching resources, design conform to flip the deaf students' learning classroom teaching design. Through the investigation understands,deaf students in learning the language before the new content, make full preparation is very help to learn new knowledge. And complicated writings in classical style, make preview become very difficult. Students meet with difficulties, do not want to ask the teacher for advice makes the problem easy accumulation, so as to prevent the development of students. Only use in accordance with students' self-study teaching resources, will study the problems, to solve in the classroom, to better promote the students' progress, the development of better. Using reverse it in the form of classroom teaching,making than traditional classroom learning atmosphere more active,more profound understanding of knowledge points.Through the design of deaf school teaching resources, and combined with the deaf students learning habits, flip model of classroom teaching design, application and evaluation of resources. For deaf school teaching resources for the construction of the accumulation of practice experience, to promote the deaf students better learning provides research foundation.
