This research study investigates the effect of organizational justice and organizational empowerment on the organizational commitment in the Banking and education sector of Pakistan with the moderation of emotional intelligence and mediation of organizational cynicism.The world is rapidly moving from the industrial sector to the service sector.To survive in today's competitive business environment,the service-sector organizations have to face multifaceted challenges.To compete with these challenges the organizations need to promote different organizational behaviors.Some of them are discussed in this paper,including,organizational justice,psychological empowerment,emotional intelligence,organizational cynicism and organizational commitment..In Pakistan,organizations started to give importance to their human resources and for this purpose;they developed human-resource departments,which focus on the basic needs of employees and their behaviors.To examine the influence of Organizational justice and psychological empowerment on organizational commitment,data is collected from the employees of Banking and Higher educational institutions of Capital of Pakistan.Data is collected from 206 individuals using a five-point likert scale questionnaire that was developed using different item-scales.To analyze the data,different statistical tests were done that includes Correlation analysis,Reliability analysis,and Regression analysis.The results of the analysis show that there is a strong relationship between organizational justice and commitment and also there is significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment.Emotional intelligence is moderating the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment.The results also show that organizational cynicism is mediation the relationship between organizational justice and commitment and also mediating the relationship between psychological empowerment and commitment.
