The Study Of The Cultivation Value Of Citizens In Higher Education

The Nineteenth National Congress proposed to vigorously develop socialist cultural construction and strengthen cultural confidence.Among them,comprehensively improving the moral quality of citizens is the basic task of socialist cultural construction.However,there are still many outstanding issues in the field of social ethics in practice.There is not a strong sense of honesty and trustworthiness,a miserable outlook on life,no distinction between them,and weak ideals and beliefs.These outstanding problems are not only a severe challenge to the development of a healthy and prosperous culture,but also poison the ideology.of the nation.The main content of the good development of socialist culture is the construction of ideology and morality.The construction of citizens' ideology and morality contains both material energy and spiritual power.Therefore,everyone should have a sense of subjectivity and duty to strengthen their cognition and practice of citizens from these two aspects.The literacy of citizens represents the degree of development of this culture.In reality,university education or ideological and political education is far from fulfilling its own task.This study attempts to use literature research method,historical research method and other comprehensive analysis of high education citizen cultivation value and its possible realistic path.First of all,through the analysis of the citizens of higher education to cultivate could become a problem,for basic education and higher education differences,and citizens cultivate two levels:abide by citizens and leading citizens.Furthermore,the absence of higher education in the cultivation of citizens was analyzed.Secondly,based on the characteristics and role of higher education and public intellectuals closely linked,through using the characteristics of public intellectuals to build the framework of higher education of the citizen culture needs to have the basic elements.From two aspects of subjectivity education and focus on the social,comprehensive exploration citizens should have the higher education of knowledge,critical,independence,silence,and compared with the social "exchanges",implement in action the attention to social and other basic requirements.Thirdly,the author thinks about the realistic path of the higher education citizen training.The training of the higher education citizens is the benefit of the whole society,so it needs the attention and support of the whole society.From the institutional guarantee to the entire social culture atmosphere of creation,environment of colleges and universities personnel training goal of explicit,standardization,the setup of corresponding specialized courses and its role in the social practice is the direction we can try to.
