In this paper the writer studied the relationship between self efficacy and professional values by analyzing the current situation of self efficacy and professional values of College Counselors in Sichuan Province.The issuance and recovery of 79 College Physical Education counselors in Sichuan Province,the general self-efficacy scale and the professional values scale,were issued.In addition,by using the application,SPSS22.0,descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,single factor variance and correlation analysis were carried out on the questionnaire data of College Physical Education Department counselors in Sichuan province.The results show that:(1)The self-efficacy average score of university sports college counselors in Sichuan Province is higher than adults;(2)There is no difference in self efficacy among different school types,gender,working years,educational background,and majors during reading,but there are differences in age and marital status;(3)The average scores of each dimension were personal life,material support,work environment,self development,respect and reputation,social contribution;(4)The physical education department counselors in key colleges and universities are higher than the ordinary college counselors in terms of material protection.There are differences between men and women in their personal lives.Counselors aged 31 to 39 years old are higher than their 30 years old or less than 40 years old counselors in their personal lives.A counselor with a bachelor's degree is superior to a specialist or master's degree counselor in his personal life.A counselor who has worked within 3 years is more than 10 years in respect and reputation.Married counselors are higher in social contribution and material security than unmarried counselors,and there are no differences in other aspects;(5)There is no statistical significance in the professional values in the school;(6)There is a positive correlation between the sense of self-efficacy and the orientation of work environment and personal life orientation;(7)There is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and material support orientation,respect and reputation orientation;(8)There is an extremely significant correlation between self-efficacy and self-development orientation and social contribution orientation;(9)There is an extremely significant correlation between self efficacy and professional values.The following conclusions are drawn through the above research results.(1)The self-efficacy of the college sports college counselors in Sichuan province is high,and there are significant differences between different age groups and different marital status.(2)The average scores of all dimensions of occupational values of College Counselors in Sichuan province are: personal life orientation,material guarantee orientation,work environment orientation,self development orientation,respect and reputation orientation,social contribution orientation.There are significant differences among different school types in the "material support dimension".There are significant differences in gender and academic level in "personal life dimension".Different age groups have significant differences in "self development dimension".(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the self-efficacy and the professional values of the counselors in Sichuan sports departments,and the vocational values increase with the sense of self-efficacy.(4)The self efficacy of Sichuan provincial sports academy counselors is related to six factors of occupational values,and it is significantly related to the three dimensions of social contribution orientation,respect and reputation orientation and self development orientation.
