Train The Undergraduate Education Of Primary School Teachers Test Reflection

During the turning of the century, our modern teachers education is undergoing a profound transform. The transform not only promotes the development of our teachers education cause, but also broadens the field of studies on the teachers education.At the end of the 21st century, the experimental undergraduate education on the major of Primary Education is a new practice & study field for teachers education. This experiment, represented by the study on the development of the Primary Education on both undergraduate and technical academy, has yielded some primary achievements. However, undergraduate education of Primary Education is relatively new for us, and there is no former experience left. It is inevitable to do some reflective research on our ongoing experiment.From the study on the development of Primary Education on both undergraduate and technical academy, the development of Primary Education on undergraduate is chosen as the main case in this research. By theoretical deductions and actual investigations, this study analyzed this experiment and made some reflections.In this research, the experiment procedure was retrospected and analyzed. On the other hand, the quality of the graduated students was traced.Conclusion is made that, those graduated students are more qualified at a general level, better constructed on knowledge and more capable. Nevertheless, students' views on basic knowledge should be broadened, and their motivation on active learning & researching should be enforced.Based on the deep analysis on the process and outcome, it is clearer that we should focus more attention on these areas: to cultivate the willingness of students; to modify on content and structure of courses; to enhance the course instruction and evaluation methods. Several pieces of advice are put forward on several topics, covering thought improvements, courses, campus culture and so forth.
