The State Council in the end of 2008 to give a new mission in Guangzhou Panyu,Panyu near Hong Kong,more convenient to learn from the experience of Hong Kong social workers,in order to strengthen social construction and build a harmonious society,so in Guangzhou Panyu set up innovative social management pilot,followed by Guangzhou Panyu pilot Of the experience and then continue to expand to other provinces and cities,so the full text of Panyu District as an example.Panyu's pilot institutions should learn from the experience of Hong Kong social workers,public welfare organizations and foundations.The new generation of social workers from the institutions of social workers in the professional disciplines to find,and gradually increase the social workers institutions of social work services to the community investment,government procurement services,,Non-profit,social workers professional services,help others and other concepts slowly known by the masses.Social workers,community,rehabilitation and other groups as the core,to the jurisdiction of the village residents to provide professional,such as women,children,families,young people,the elderly,volunteers,social correction,community,rehabilitation and other groups as the core,Comprehensive and high quality social services.In this dissertation,first the author briefly starts from the development of the domestic integrated service center,and concisely summarizes the development of the family integrated service center in China.It mainly expounds the work of the Guangzhou municipal government on the development of the family integrated service center since 2008.Secondly,by analyzing the current professional development of the Guangzhou Family Integrated Service Center,the author points out the shortcomings of the family integrated service center in both professional activities and professional staff.Finally,in order to improve the overall professionalism of the family integrated service center,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the overall professional policy of our family integrated service center.
