The specialization of the head teacher is the need of the development of the times,the urgent need of reality,and the inevitable requirement of the professional development of teachers.The increasing requirements of the professional development of the head teacher and the adjustment of the work of the head teacher in the practical level or the reform of the class teacher system have already clashed.Using the theory and measurement results of specialized movement in sociology,this paper examines the professionalism of the head teacher in primary and secondary schools in China,so as to make an in-depth analysis of the professional role and professionalism of the head teacher.To be specific,this study is carried out around the following parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons,ideas,domestic and foreign research status,and defines the relevant concepts.The second part introduces the sociological theory of professional movement cited in this paper,and expounds the standard of occupational measurement.The third part from the theoretical analysis of the historical development process of the teacher in charge system,after the founding of new China,the primary and middle school teacher in charge system in our country has experienced the start-up period(1949-1979),the development period(1980-1987),the specialized construction period(1988-2009);The evolution of specialization in four stages(2009--present).Combined with the professional attribute measurement standard,this paper makes a comparative study on the effectiveness and deficiency of the existing policy texts of the head teacher,and then puts forward some suggestions on the policy of the class teacher.The fourth part combines the empirical research to demonstrate whether the primary and secondary school head teacher has the specialty and discusses the development trend of the future head teacher.First,second,on the basis of empirical research combined with professional attribute measure,the existing analysis of the teacher in charge works,so as to determine the existing of the head teacher professional specialization level,and an analysis of the causes on the basis of this,the existing limitations of teacher certification and the disadvantages of the existing class teacher management system.In the fifth part,on the basis of historical analysis and on this basis,the author proposes to construct the class teacher qualification certification system and carry out the teacher responsibility system,that is to say,the primary school maintains the one-person teacher responsibility system and deepens the class management system;Junior middle school carries out the class chair system,increases the professional title,many people cooperate;the high school abolishes the class teacher system,establishes the academic tutor system.
