Since the new curriculum reform and with the gradual establishment of the three level-national level,local level and school level-curriculum management system,the school has been empowered with a certain right to develop curriculum.This empowerment provides a variety of school-based curriculum for students.To some extent,it has made up for the deficiency of national and local curriculum.In particular,the development of school-based curriculum is conducive to form the characteristics of school,to improve teachers' professional ability and the scientific research capacity,and to develop students' subjectivity and personalization.Therefore,as a complementary to national and local courses,school-based curriculum has been paid more and more attention by schools for its unique advantages,such as the ability to make full use of local cultural resources and to complement the comprehensive development of the three levels.Dao Zhou middle school in Zhangpu County of Zhangzhou City is an instance.Dao Zhou middle school keeps pace with the current of school-based curriculum promotion in recent years.It makes full use of the local cultural atmosphere that has been formed by the local sages "Huang Daozhou" for a long time.Dao Zhou middle school integrates its excellent traditional cultural and spiritual ideas with the development of school-based curriculum.It expands the range of the students' knowledge,broadens the vision of the students' innovative knowledge,strengthens the cultivation of the students' Chinese literacy.It also practices the idea of new curriculum reform,which are-teachers are community teachers and curriculum development researchers and creators,and then inherit and carry forward the excellent local traditional culture.Based on the understanding and exploration of the above situation,the main content of this paper has the following four parts.The first,On the one hand,from the four aspects-responding to the national policy,promoting the all-round and individualized development of the students,carrying forward the culture of a county sage and embodying the advantages of the school-based curriculum,this paper discusses the necessity of developing Chinese language school-based curriculum of "Huang Daozhou".On the other hand,on the basis of a comprehensive grasp of the background of the school-based curriculum development,this paper makes a comprehensive assessment of the internal and external resources of the school-based curriculum development of the "Huang Dao Zhou",and discusses the feasibility and the difficulties and problems of the school-based curriculum development.Second,This paper discusses the planning of developing Chinese language school-based curriculum of "Huang Daozhou".According to the related research and the unique nature of school-based curriculum,I summarize the nature of developing Chinese language school-based curriculum of "Huang Daozhou".In addition,based on the related theories of curriculum design and development at a whole scale,the implementation procedure of the curriculum development of developing Chinese language school-based curriculum development of "Huang Daozhou" is set up,which mainly include ten steps,including entering the scene,analyzing the situation,setting up the organization,and drawing up the target.Third,This paper focuses on the developing process of Dao Zhou middle school Chinese language School-based curriculum.The development of school-based curriculum is mainly based on the implementation procedure of Dao Zhou middle school Chinese School-based curriculum.The first thing is to determine the target and to find the resources to achieve the goals.The next is to combine goals and students' interests in choosing the content of the school-based curriculum,and elaborate the compilation of the school-based textbook.In order to reflect the idea of school-based curriculum design more intuitively,this paper also provides an example for each style.Fourth,on the basis of the first three chapters,this paper discusses the implementation and evaluation of Dao Zhou middle school Chinese School-based curriculum.The main content is to follow the related theories of the new curriculum reform and the related theories of the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum development,and to discuss the course setting,implementation and evaluation of the school-based curriculum.It provides references and insights for the planning and adjustment of the next school-based textbook compilation and the implementation of the school-based curriculum,and promotes theschool-based curriculum.Then we should promote the benign development of school-based curriculum,the all-round development of students' quality and the professional development of teachers' abilities.In a word,the purpose of this paper is to make full use of the abundant works and cultural thoughts of Huang Dao Zhou as a resource for developing school-based curriculum,to develop the school-based Chinese curriculum,to broaden the students' horizons,to improve their cultural literacy,and to promote the individualized development of the students,and to be a reference to the development of local–culture–celebrity chinese school–based curriculum.
