With the new college entrance examination wave arriving in Shang Hai and ZheJiang,higher and broadener request is imposed to the candidator in this two area.Whilethe routine Chinese class has limited the horizon of the students,the scope of Chineselearning should be much more wild. Chinese class ought to let the students beinterested in our nation culture,to learn,to absorb,to inherit our country’s excellentculture.So,to the Chinese class,make local culture as normal class teaching’ssupplements,is a measure which is necessary and imperative.This paper which is built on Yin Zhou Local Culture,tries hard to develop theSchool-based Curriculum that fits to Yin Zhou.The first part is introdution,whichintroduce the reason of the research and the condition of the research at abroad and incountry,describing the imagination and significance of the research in the paper.Thesecond part mainly tells the possibility factors of Yin Zhou Local Culture as ChineseSchool-based Curriculum.This part the author lagrly treats the new curriculumrevolution request,resource condition,college entrance examination form as thebasement of the development,the formation and content,the cross of the subject as therequest of the development. The third part introduces how to develop Yin Zhou localculture as Chinese school-based curriculum.First,summarize the future of Yin Zhoulocal culture,and confirm the teaching value on that basis.Then,set the target as threepoint——the unify of the instrumental and the humanity,improve the attainment of theChinese and cultivate the practice ability and innovation ability,then invide the YinZhou local culture into four parts: historical celebrities,context inherit,scenic spot,folkcustom.Finally,to discuss the formation of the teaching material,to determine theformation of the curriculum by analysising three formation styles.The forth part is thecarry out of the school-based curriculum.Firstly,we discuss the carry-out principle ofthe School-based Curriculum,then we point out the strategy of the carry-out,it mainlycontains three teaching principal parts about knowledge,ability,emotion and sense ofworth.Then shows two cases named “Wang Ying Lin and Yin Zhou” Chinese practiceactivity and“The most beautiful Dong Qian Lake”series solicitiing articles activity,anddetailedy introduce the method of the implement.The final part is the evaluation of theschool-based curriculum,which elucidate from the principle of the evaluation and the implement of the evaluation.Totally,the emphasis part of Yin Zhou Local Culture as Chinese School-basedCurriculum is the development and the carry out of the curriculum. It should explicitthe target of the curriculum and stipulate from the quality when developing thecurriculum.Develop beneath the guidance of the curriculum target and evaluate bymulti-perspectivemulti-subject,all-direction.
