The deepening of the educational reform demands higher requirements for teachers' professional development and the construction of teachers' team,which requires teachers to improve their professional level and become innovative and high-quality teachers with high quality and professionalism.Innovative teachers need to have an innovative sense of education and teaching.However,at present,teachers' innovative consciousness is widespread.On the basis of this research,this study takes primary school teachers' classroom teaching innovation consciousness as the research object,and tries to put forward corresponding training strategies on the basis of analyzing the current situation.The study selected two major dimensions of classroom teaching innovation and classroom teaching innovation behavior,with the corresponding teaching ideas,teaching methods,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching resources,teaching mode as six sub dimensions,260 teachers from 8 primary schools in S District,Liaoyang,Liaoning Province,were investigated by questionnaire and 4 The teacher interviewed the teachers,and combined with the field observation to get the status of the primary school teachers' classroom teaching innovation consciousness,find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons,and then give the improvement countermeasures.Through the analysis of the current situation of primary school teachers' innovative consciousness in classroom teaching,it is found that there are the following problems in primary school teachers' classroom teaching innovation consciousness: Primary Teachers' understanding of the essence of classroom teaching innovation exists a deviation;there are great differences in the knowledge and behavior tendency of primary school teachers for classroom teaching innovation;Classroom teaching evaluation and mode of innovation consciousness level is low;male teachers,5-10 years teaching age teachers and physical education teachers' classroom teaching innovation consciousness level is low.Through the analysis of theproblems existing in the innovation consciousness of primary school teachers' classroom teaching,it is found that the reasons for these problems are as follows: the constraints of conservatism in traditional culture on Teachers' ideas;the constraints of the current evaluation and reward system on Teachers' teaching in the school;the lack of guidance and help to teachers' teaching innovation;There are theoretical and formalized tendencies in on-the-job training,and the lack of teachers' professional ethics and knowledge literacy.Through deep reason analysis,the following countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems existing in primary school teachers' classroom teaching innovation consciousness: the school administrators should change their ideas to lead the development of the school with innovation;the school should establish and perfect the system of encouraging teachers' teaching innovation;the school should create an innovative atmosphere and strengthen the consciousness of teachers' professional development;Vocational training should strengthen actual effect,promote professional development of teachers,and carry out education and training on teaching innovation.
