In this study,the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics was used to study the muscle load of flatbed support.The purpose of this study was to quantify the strength of each muscle,to determine the main muscle or muscle of the plate support,and to provide a quantitative reference for the people who used plate support to carry out fitness or training..Taking the undergraduates of the College of physical education of Liaoning Normal University as the experimental subjects,using the surface electromyography instrument ME6000-16,the vertical ridges,supraspinatus,inferior muscles,latissimus dorsi,gluteus maximus,two heads of the femoral muscle,the rectus femoris,the gastrocnemius,the pectoralis major,the deltoid,and the trapezoid were used by the surface electromyography instrument.SEMG signals were collected from 16 muscles of muscle,lateral vastus,external oblique,rectus abdominis,tibialis anterior and vastus medialis.Methods:(1)the electromyogram was attached to the correct position of the muscles to be measured on the subjects,and the subjects were supported by the plate.When the subjects made the correct action and the body was no longer disturbed,the 16 muscles of the subjects were measured on the surface of the surface muscles.(2)when the subjects make the correct action and stabilize the body,the subjects are weighed on the body's center of gravity,and the muscles are measured by the surface electromyography,and the data are obtained.(3)after completing the test,the subjects were trained with flat support system.After the training,the electromyography of the flat supporting movement was measured.The surface area electrical signals of the subjects were measured at the initial stage and the exhaustion stage.The experiment was conducted to obtain the surface EMG signals of the subjects before and after the plate support,before and after the training and before and after the fatigue.The data were processed through SPSS,and the function of the muscle force,the state and the action of maintaining the plate support were analyzed by using the knowledge of movement anatomy.The results showed that by the percentage of muscle force load of each block,the muscle of the inferior muscle(15.67 + 7.29),the deltoid(27.33 + 12.52),the ventral oblique muscle(9.07 + 3.55),and the rectus abdominis muscle(10.53 + 4.17)4 muscles were the major muscles to complete the movement.The effect of plate support exercises is not obvious on the8 muscles of erector muscle,supraspinatus,latissimus dorsi,gluteus maximus,two muscles of femoris,gastrocnemius,pectoralis major and trapezius muscle.The weight percentage of the deltoid and rectus abdominis muscles increased by the weight bearing plate support training,indicating that the deltoid and rectus abdominis played a greater role in overcoming the bodyweight in all the muscles measured.The abdominal oblique muscle played a greater role in maintaining the plate support in all the muscles measured.Conclusion: in the action of plate support,the main muscles are the inferior ones,deltoid,oblique and rectus abdominis.The percentage of the external obliquus force decreased and the percentage of the other three muscles increased.Before and after training,the IEMG mean of muscle surface electromyography signals decreased in the 4 muscles IEMG mean.In the analysis of muscle surface EMG before and after fatigue,muscle strength increased,median frequency decreased and amplitude increased.
