Study On The Present Situation Of The Compulsory Education Stage Of After-class Sports Training In Dalian

After-class sports training is the basic link of the three level system of competitive sports in China,taking on the historical mission of selecting and cultivating sports reserve talents and playing an important role in the development of China's sports cause.Through literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies the status of sports training after-class in compulsory education in Dalian.1.The only child of sports training athletes after-class in Dalian compulsory education period accounted for 68.8% of the total number of respondents,the male proportion was58.8%,the 4-6 Grade of primary school athletes reached 63.3% of the surveyed athletes,the after-class sports training and training projects were diversified,the track and field,football and basketball items accounted for 31.7%,20.6% and 15.8% of the total number,and the training time of the athletes in compulsory education stage was 2-3.Athletes accounted for45.6% of the total data in the survey,and most of the participants were located in the municipal level,accounting for 78.1% and 32.2% of the total number of respondents.2.The after-class sports training athletes for 86.1% in the compulsory education stage of Dalian city all the after-class sports training with a correct and positive training attitude.The motivation of 77.2% of the total number of athletes to participate in the after-class sports is interest and interest;79.4% of the athletes can coordinate the relationship between learning and training;because of the training delay of cultural learning,46.1% athletes will take lessons after class.52.4% of the athletes will learn to make up for themselves after training;67.2% of the athletes think that training does not affect the learning of cultural courses;the most important factors that affect the training of the 43.3% athletes are the high pressure of learning and the lack of training time.3.Dalian compulsory education stage after-class sports training coaches accounted for47.9% of the total number of track and field events.Succeeding is basketball and football,which are 21.1% and 16.9% respectively.Coaches 81.7% for undergraduate education,training year for 0-2 years of young coaches accounted for 32.4% of the proportion of the total number of coaches;46.5% of the total number of coaches are consistent with training projects,93% of the coaches have received professional training for coaches;46.5% coaches lead to team training if their interests are caused by their interests,76% of the coaches have a positive attitude to training,85.9% of the coaches formulation stage.Sex training program takes part in school and district level schools,accounting for 81.7%.4.At the stage of compulsory education in Dalian,82.9% athletes' parents were "very supportive".42% and 40.7% athletes were "very supportive" and "supportive";61.5% of the coaches and 80.5% of the culture teachers paid more attention to the learning of the students;the majority of the athletes were in class(59.2%)or voluntary registration(2).9.6%)the physical education teacher through the various indicators combined experience selection,36 coaches believe that the source of athletes is sufficient,39.4% of the training of the school is less than 5;39.2% of the coaches can guarantee 3-4 times a week,5-6 times a week,the coach reached 29.4%;every training time under 1 hours is 28.5%,1-1.5 hours to 30%;the training time of 1.5-2 hours is reached to 25.8%.5.The training funds for after-class sports in Dalian are mostly below 2000 yuan or2000-5000 yuan,each of which accounts for 35.2% of the total;74.6% of training funds are allocated by schools and 59.2% of the school expenditure is used for the purchase of competition clothing;46.5% of the coaches think the training funds are lacking,and 50.7% of the trainers think the field is insufficient;43.7% coaches show that they are stressed in actual work,28.2% training coaches show great pressure in the work of the school;50.7% of the coaches think that the imbalance between pay and harvest is the main factor affecting the enthusiasm of training,and 73.4% of the athletes are satisfied with the coaches' work.
