Since the 20 th century,talent became the theme of international competition increasingly.The definition of talent has changed.It is no longer limited to knowledge,technology and ability,but also requires talent with unique personality,innovative ability and all-round development.Traditional educational mode which stresses theoretical knowledge and neglects the development of students’ personality and quality has apparently can’t provide the necessary talent for the developing society.In order to adapt to the progress of the times and the needs of the development of countries,all governments pay attention to the education and make the education reform plan,beginning to focus on cultivating all-round development of talent which have independent personality,mental health,freedom of thought,open and international vision.Therefore,emotions attitudes values goal which focus on students’ learning interest,aesthetic consciousness,values and personal quality of school education is becoming increasingly important.This paper based on emotions attitudes values in geographical discipline as the research subject,complying with the trend of the era of the talent training and the requirement of quality education in our country.This article takes the literature research,questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis,inductive reasoning method,regards current situation and Strategies of emotions,attitudes and values education in geography in high school as research objects combining with the present situation of the importance of the development of the times for the comprehensive quality of talents and expounds the research background and research significance.Through the study of relevant theories at home and abroad,we can summarize the research status of geography emotional attitude hard in the textbooks,and relevant literature on the basis of the proposed research background and research significance,through the analysis of the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad summarized the current situation of theoretical research.Through the questionnaire and interviews of high school geography to collect data,we analyze the current existing problems in emotions attitudes values of geography in the high school and influence factors on the implementation of the goal.Through the questionnaire survey we found that emotions,attitudes and values education in geography in high school mainly exist the following problems: First,The teaching objective are not consistent with implementation.Most teachers describe the teaching plan roughly,and only a small number of teachers will design it in detail about the design of the emotional target.Those teachers will eventually abandon the goal because of explaining knowledge,speeding up the progress of courses.Then,teachers dig not enough about affective goals material in the textbook.Most teachers refer to supplementary books when designing teaching objectives,lacking their own ideas and creativity.Thirdly,most teachers know little about the psychological background of emotions,attitudes and values goal and pay little attention to the students’ psychological development.Finally,many factors such as the pressure of entrance examination,teachers’ professional knowledge ability and experience impede the implementation of emotions,attitudes and values goal.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are put forward for teachers’ reference: First,strengthen the teaching concept of "teaching and educating people,strengthening Morality ".The idea of education is the soul of a school.Setting up the right idea is the guide of all actions.Second,teachers should be good at study and research,and fully explore the emotional factors in textbooks;Third,to mobilize various factors to promote the improvement of the teaching objectives of geography teachers;Fourth,focus on the evaluation of emotions attitudes values in geography teaching.Under the background of the above countermeasures,this paper emphasizes the design of emotions attitudes values goal about "the location choice of agriculture" section according to the requirement of the curriculum standard in geographical compulsory 2 in high schools and designs teaching case as example,especially strategies about emotions,attitudes and values goal for high school geography.These provide specific reference carry out the emotions attitudes values goal.
