In the new course reform, we change the tendency to overemphasize the knowledge-transference in the traditional teaching. However, the reform points that student should be in pursuit of science to a higher level after learning through the detailed scientific practice. In the physics teaching in high schools, the development of students’scientific literacy depends on the education about "emotions, attitudes and values". Therefore, the study on how to put the policy into practice is very significant.The thesis firstly introduces some of the researching achievements about the emotional education in foreign countries and also points out some problems in the implementation of the emotional education. Secondly, the thesis adopts a questionnaire survey on teachers’cognition of education, relationship between teachers and students, teaching targets and implementation strategies, problems and influencing factors to know and analyze high school teachers’understanding of the emotional education target and its implementation in the teaching. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the questionnaire the author puts forwards a strategy to implement the emotional education respectively form the three aspects including how to change teacher’s teaching ideas, how to update the teaching mode with various methods and how to change students’learning ways form passively to actively. Finally, the author makes experiments and analyzes the effectiveness of the suggested strategy. The study mainly reflects in the following two aspects: whether the strategy can benefit the development of students’ emotions, attitudes and values and whether or not the method can improve students’ performance to a certain extent.
