With the reform and development of education, the core literacy system form the basis for a new era of comprehensive development of the people, and moral education become the overall goal of educating people. Thus,in an important period of life which world outlook is forming,for high school students whoes personality have been stabilized and reached,their emotions, attitudes and values education is particularly important.Furthermore,academic pressure forces teachers and students to be less concerned about cultivating the emotional, attitudes and values,so this study is of great significance.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between physical basis of life and emotions, attitudes, values on education,the paper studies similarities and differences between China, the United States, Britain, Australia,in educational goals and compilation of teaching materials.Just want to provide suggestions for curriculum reform in developing educational goals and textbook compilation.Then we investigated the status quo of the education on emotions, attitudes, values promoting by physical basis of life, and developed questionnaires from two perspectives,including the students and the teachers. What follows is an analysis of the problems existing in the bilateral activities of the students and teachers,such as how to select the appropriate teaching methods, how to achieve the target of emotions, attitudes, values. Since the research method of questionnaire is relatively simple, it is a good way to make questionnaires with participatory and non-participatory classroom observation together. I will always concertrate on how he teaching according to the lecture record. At last, I have made some suggestions on promoting education of emotions, attitudes and values from the perspective of teachers, students and social environment. It should be noted that some problems,like how to design lectures recording sheet having a specific purpose of observation and how to conduct in-depth analysis of attribution according to the results of classroom observation, need to be discussed and analyzed in the next research.
