Public PE Curriculum And Its Impact On Students’ Physique Research

In Public PE Curriculum Reform in PE course setting is basic-oriented standard for students’ physical fitness plays a vital role, based on this understanding, this paper the use of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, analysis of induction, comparison and other research methods, through the Central South University, Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, three public sports curriculum2009-2011survey found that:1, three public school physical education curriculum project settings and students’ interest in learning differences, it is difficult to meet the needs of student enrollment;2, three public school physical education program for2009-2011showed decreasing trend, students can choose elective classes sports curriculum projects and more narrow;3, public sports courses compulsory for students to improve physical health effect is obvious;4, three schools of "integration" of public sports education model has not yet formed, has not established a relatively complete class and outside, inside and outside the public sports organic links course structure, students in extracurricular sports activities not really into sports curriculum at school students entering high school after physical exercise time gradually reduce students’ health status also show a downward trend.By analyzing the impact of the factors of public sports curriculum and curriculum for College Students health effects, it is recommended:1, the development of scientific, reasonable and viable public curriculum programs;2, a reasonable additional public sports curriculum projects to promote sports curriculum diversification;3, the scientific quality setting syllabus Students practice hours, teaching students to ensure physical practice time;4, the establishment of class and outside, inside and outside the organic link public sports curriculum structure.This research aims to study twenty-first century reform of PE curriculum basic trend of the new era Hunan compulsory PE curriculum reform and development to provide a reference.
