The quality of teacher is the crux of preschool education because the teacher is the basic strength of kindergarden instruction. The high professional quality of teacher's team is the foundation of high quality kindergarden. It is significant to have a stable and professionaldevelopment of teacher's team based on the development of private kindergarden. The author did survey and investigation to the private kindergardens in Honghe Prefecture. Focusing on the situation of Private kindergarden in Honghe prefecture.On the base of it,Author advocates effective ways and methods to teacthers Proffessional development.There are five parts in the research work are following: the first part is about the situation and significance of the private kindergarden; the second part is about research methodology; the third part is about the outcomes. The results show us that there are some issues in the age structure and educational level of the privatekindergarden teachers, and the professional level is low; secondly, there is no social ensure and no evolutional professional position for the private kindergarden teachers, and there is one track training model for teacher training; thirdly, the treatment for teachers is low, the teacher's team is unstable. The forth part is to develop the strategies of teacher's professional development based on the analysis of the affection of teacher's professional development. The fifth part is the conclusion of the research.
