The promotion of multi-assessment concept has promoted the change of evaluation methods,peer assessment has been applied in classroom teaching as an emerging evaluation method,which solved the problem of monotony and autocraticity issues based on teacher evaluation.At the same time,with the development of information technology,the traditional classroom teaching can no longer meet the learning needs of students,more and more universities have begun to use online courses to carry out teaching activities,the online platform provides media support for peer assessment,and it begins to enter the researcher's field of study by using peer assessment.In the online course learning,peer assessment has reduced teachers' burden,and has a positive effect on learners' knowledge construction and ability development,the advantages of network also provide support for the efficient development of peer assessment activities.This study based on the review of online peer assessment literature both at home and abroad,combined the theoretical basis of peer assessment,put forward the general process of online peer assessment design.According to the general process,a specific design was conducted with the peer assessment activities in the course of "Teaching Theory of Information Technology Curriculum" of H University,the specific design was applied in teaching and a three-month peer assessment practice was carried out.The questionnaire survey method and interview survey method were used to test the implementation effect of online peer assessment,analyzing the practice data,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Most students hold a positive attitude towards online peer aseessment,after implementing the online peer aseessment activity,students give more positive evaluation to the value of peer assessment,and their positive attitude towards online peer assessment has significantly improved;(2)The online peer assessment enhances learners' evaluation ability,the assessment methods and techniques are used more proficiently;(3)The online peer assessment improves learners' self-efficacy,and the students' online learning confidence has been developed;(4)The online peer assessment improves learners' learning ability,including autonomous learning ability and cooperative learning ability,the improvement of autonomous learning ability is more obvious.Using correlation analyse and content analysis method,based on the interview results,learners' feedback and researchers' experience summary,do further analysis about the signature and anonymous evaluation method,individual and group peer assessment and the types of ratings and commentary feedback,get the following findings:(1)The types of reviews generated by online peer assessment are mostly cognitive ones.In the anonymous peer assessment,the critical of discourse is stronger than that of signature,but the difference is not significant.The correlation between students' score and teachers' score under anonymous conditions is higher than that of signature,and the results are more objective and effective;(2)The individual assessment has a wide range of applications,it needs to pay attention to teachers' supervision and re-evaluate individual assessments.The group assessment should combine the intra-group and inter-group evaluations and be suitable for highly creative project.(3)Rating feedback applies to intuitive,fixed-response evaluation content;comment feedback applies to creative works that are used to solve real-world problems of design project or operational skills.Rethinking the issues arising from the implementation of peer assessment,combining the feedback from students and the results of the interviews,the recommendations for the practice of online peer assessment were proposed: rational design peer assessment activities,including the sequence,number,time and quantity of evaluation of peer assessment activities;flexible selection of different forms of peer assessment,reasonable choice of signature or anonymous,qualitative or quantitative feedback type according to the nature of the evaluation task,learning objectives and learners' preferences;pay attention to the training before the evaluation,including technical training and content method training;exerting the guidance and leading role of teachers,teachers need to be a problem-solving,supervisors of evaluation,evaluation information feedback and other multiple identities;pay attention to the effectiveness of individual evaluation and group evaluation,standardize the formulation of evaluation scales,and pay attention to the teacher's guidance in individual assessment,combine the intra-group and inter-group evaluations in the group assessment.
