The development of network technology has had a revolutionary impact on education.The degree of education informatization has been always deepened.The teaching methods and ways of learning have undergone great changes.Teachers' teaching through the network and students' learning through the network to gain knowledge and skills has become a new normal.The emergence of new teaching methods based on the Internet will inevitably lead to the change of evaluation methods.The traditional teacher-centered evaluation methods,such as the single subject of evaluation,the lack of interaction between teachers and students,the failure to reflect the dominant position of students and the low evaluation efficiency,can not satisfy the evaluation needs of online teaching well and the more effective evaluation methods are urgently needed to appear.Peer assessment reflects the education reform requirements of "student-centered” better,aiming at allowing learners to play the role of teacher,in the same learning environment,to give grade evaluation or comment for the others' learning outcomes or learning outcomes level on quality,value,etc.fully embodies the constructivism learning theory,letting students think carefully in the exchange and interaction,construct actively,deepen understanding and promote the realization of teaching goal In addition,peer assessment is also a mutually beneficial evaluation mechanism,students evaluate peers' outcome,but also accept the peers' evaluation at the same time.Students learn knowledge and gain skills through the process of peer assessment.With the help of collective wisdom,peers assessment empowers students with rich social interaction experience with collective wisdomBased on the existing researches on peer assessment,this study focuses on the impact of different evaluation methods on learning outcomes,and puts forward two peer assessment methods,namely,Quantitative Scoring and Qualitative Reviews.The evaluation framework includes the evaluation objectives,evaluation topics,evaluation criteria,evaluation subjects,evaluation process and other elements.On the aspect of activity implementation,this research relied on the "Informationized Teaching Environment Application" course which was specially set up for normal students and de-signed peer assessment program.Peer assessment was regarded as an important learning activity and effectively integrated into students' learning activities.Effect.In the aspect of effectiveness test,through the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire survey results of students 'satisfaction degree and the students' participation,the quality of work and the platform activity of student,this study found that peer assessment have a significant role.in motivating students enthusiasm,improving student participation and the quality of student work,and promoting students to learn in depth Finally,based on the practical experience of peer assessment activities and feedback from students,this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing design and application of peer assessment activities in order to provide useful reference for the follow-up study of peer assessment.
